Mr. Nealis spent the first 12 years of his banking career at Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for the development of an in-house portfolio accounting system and then transferred to the Zurich office to set up Goldman's Swiss Bank.
He subsequently joined JP Morgan to run the European Middle Office and Client Services for their Private Bank.
He then worked at Knight Securities, where he set up and managed a division of their European office.
Previously, Mr. Nealis was at Deutsche Bank, where he led a team of 650 people across 10 countries with global responsibility for the TMG Global Prime Finance team and was European Head of TMG Equities supporting all of DB's equity products.
Prior to that, he ran DB's European Direct Market Access business executing across 49 markets and coordinated DB's UCITS 360 degree product offering.
Mr. Nealis has an Honours degree in finance, as well as an MBA.
