Kevin Hoo

Kevin Soo Hoo is the Chief Information Officer for Asia Alternatives and is based in the San Francisco office.
Mr. Soo Hoo is responsible for Asia Alternatives’ information management and analytics infrastructure.
Prior to joining Asia Alternatives, Mr. Soo Hoo led the big data implementations at NBC Universal and Sprint from proof-of-concept to enterprise adoption.
His expertise centers on turning data into business insights by using the latest strategies for infrastructure, data governance, data engineering, business intelligence, analytics and data science.
Mr. Soo Hoo received his PhD in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University.
Mr. Soo Hoo has a Master of Science in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
