, CFA MBA, is a Senior Vice President & Senior Client Portfolio Manager at Franklin Advisers, Inc. He joined Franklin Templeton in 1991 and has over 30 years of industry experience, including portfolio management roles with various asset class investment teams within the firm.
He is currently a member of the Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions Team (FTIS) in San Mateo, CA for which he serves on the Global Equities Team of the Investment Strategy Research Committee (ISRC) and is a senior member of Franklin Templeton's Fixed Income Policy Committee (FIPC) that formulates our firm's in-house views on bond markets around the world.
He also represents the FT Multi-Asset Solutions team in meetings with both internal and external partners as Client Portfolio Manager (CPM) & Institutional Portfolio Manager (IPM) and is a founding member of the company's Liberty-Q ETFs & Smart Beta Quantitative Equity Strategies Development team.
He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
