Keith Miller

Prior to joining Goode Partners in January 2006, Mr. Miller was a private investor and advisor to the global branded consumer marketplace.
From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Miller served as a senior advisor to Itochu Corporation’s executive management in Osaka and Tokyo, Japan.
His responsibilities included oversight for the origination, structuring and execution of brand related mergers, acquisitions, licenses, distribution and joint venture agreements in Asia.
As a principal investor and while assisting Itochu, Mr. Miller targeted and acquired numerous consumer and lifestyle brands with global awareness and positioning.
From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Miller was the co-founder and president of an apparel manufacturing and screen printing business which supplied some of the fastest growing retail and consumer brands in the world including: Gap, Adidas, Old Navy, Polo Ralph Lauren, Levi Strauss and Company, Armani Exchange, Timberland, Express, and The Limited.
Mr. Miller is an advisory board member and shareholder of Chrome Hearts, Inc. and a board member of Intermix LLC, SkullCandy and American Apparel (AMEX:APP), where he serves as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee.
Additionally, Mr. Miller is an advisory board member to A Bathing Ape, Crumbs Bakeshop, Ricky’s NYC and Help Remedies.
Mr. Miller also sits on the board of the Sachdev Group of New Delhi, India which operates and manages global luxury consumer brands in the country of India - which include exclusive retail operations for Marc Jacobs, Lanvin, Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, Diane Von Furstenberg, Moschino and others.
Mr. Miller continues to advise many well known entrepreneurs, chief executive officers and principal shareholders in the consumer marketplace.
Mr. Miller graduated from Clark University with a B.S.
in Economics.
