Ke Song

Ke Song is the founder of several companies.
He founded Taihe Rye Music Co., Ltd.
in 1996 and served as the President & Chief Executive Officer.
In 2012, he founded Alibaba Music Technology Co. Ltd.
and held the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer until 2018.
Mr. Song also founded Beijing Maitian Music Production Co. Ltd.
and Beijing Taihe Maitian Music Cultural Development Co. Ltd., where he served as the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer & Director respectively.
Currently, Mr. Song holds several positions.
Since 2015, he has been the Vice Chairman of China Audio-Video Copyright Association.
In 2017, he became an Independent Non-Executive Director at China Netcom Technology Holdings Ltd.
Mr. Song is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at Fenghua Qiushi Group Holdings Ltd., an Independent Director at RichSpace Acquisition Corp., the Vice President-Popular Music Society at Chinese Musicians Association since 2013, and the Vice President of China Association of Performing Arts since 2016.
In the past, Mr. Song held positions such as President & Chief Executive Officer at TaiHe Media Co., Chairman-China Region at Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. from 2019 to 2020, Chairman & General Manager at Beijing Xin Ao Music Co. Ltd.
from 2012 to 2015, and Independent Non-Executive Director at A8 New Media Group Ltd.
from 2013 to 2016.
Mr. Song completed his graduate degree at Tsinghua University in 2018 and his undergraduate degree at Tsinghua University in 1988.
