Katie Dexter

Katie Dexter is a Senior Director of Human Resources at Northpond Ventures.
She supports the development and implementation of HR policies and processes throughout the organization.
Previously, Katie spent 18 years at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), formerly Science Applications International Corporation (NYSE: SAIC), holding various HR roles throughout the organization.
She most recently supported Leidos’ Intelligence and Health Groups.
Katie earned a B.S.
in Communications from Radford University.
