Julie Sells

Ms. Sells joined North Atlantic Capital in 2005.
Prior to joining North Atlantic, she worked as a store manager for a local arts and crafts reuse store and completed part-time graduate research for the Institute for Health Policy at USM.
For over seven years she worked in government relations in Washington, DC, mostly concentrating on health policy issues, and for a U.S.
Congressman.
She earned a BA in Political Science from Kenyon College, an MS in International Studies from University of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, and has completed coursework towards an MS in Health Policy.
Ms. Sells has published numerous articles and policy papers on free market health and human services policies.
