Elektrometalli Oy is a group of companies specializing in sheet metal mechanics manufacturing, founded in 1975. The company's most important client lines of business include electronics, metal and marine industry as well as domestic machine and device manufacturers. Mac-Steel Oy, operating in Kokkola, and Toolpro Oy, operating in Kempele, belong to the Elektrometalli Group. The headquarters of the Group are located in Kempele, and it employs approx. 110 metal experts. Elektrometalli Oy is a contract manufacturer in sheet metal mechanics, whose origins are connected to the success story of the electronics industry in the region of Oulu. During its entire operating period, the company has been involved in close cooperation with international companies operating in the region of Oulu. When necessary, Elektrometalli delivers a product as a whole, combining different manufacturing phases from product development, component manufacturing and surface finishing until the assembly of the device. Along with this, a client may obtain also smaller series or process parts as separate services from it, in a flexible manner. Its most important client line of business is electronics and data communications industry. In the course of years, its clientele has expanded also to other lines of business using sheet metal products, such as pharmaceutical industry, construction industry and environmental technology.
