Judy A. Studer
Profile
Prior to her current role with GEAM, Ms. Studer served as President of Investment Strategies.
For 12 years, she managed active non-U.S.
equity portfolios at GEAM.
Prior to this she spent a decade in U.S.
Equities where she managed GE's Systematic Equity group including indexed and quantitative strategies; was responsible for all of GEAM's external equity relationships; managed and is considered an industry expert in asset restructuring, derivatives, and program trading, and chaired GEAM's Proxy Committee.
She has served on the Boards of Directors of the European Renaissance Fund, Investor Responsibility Research Center, and the New York Futures Exchange.
She has also served on advisory committees including Progress Investments, the AMEX Institutional Advisory and New Product Development committees, and the IEEE Investment Committee.
She is a member of the NY Security Analysts.
Ms. Studer joined GE in 1980 and completed GE's Financial Management Program in 1982.
She held several financial and system analyst assignments prior to joining GEAM in 1984.
Ms. Studer holds a BS in Economics/Mathematics from John Carroll University and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.
