Prior to joining The Valence Group, Mr. Hay was with Lehman Brothers chemical group where he was an investment banker to the chemicals, materials and related industries since 2000.
He was a member of Lazard Asset Management from 1994-1998.
Mr. Hay received his BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1993 and his MBA in Analytic Finance, Economics and Accounting from The University of Chicago in 2000.
