Dr. Joseph Longino, Jr. PhD, is Principal-Investment Strategy at Sandler O'Neill & Partners.
He joined Sandler O'Neill & Partners in 1991.
He was previously the Assistant Director for Corporate Activities of the Office of Thrift Supervision, Northeast Region.
Prior to that, he served as a Supervisory Agent and Assistant Vice President of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, and as Special Counsel for Regulations and Legislation of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, Washington, D.C.
Dr. Longino received his J.D.
