Jon R. Kruse

Mr. Jon R.
Kruse is a Director at Intel Capital Corp.
He joined Intel Capital in 2004.
Prior to joining Intel Capital, he spent 10 years at Intel in a variety of marketing, strategic planning, and finance roles.
He led the strategic planning effort which ultimately led to Intel's Digital Home vision, as well as several emerging market based programs and products (PRC Education and Internet Cafe PCs).
He serves as Board Observer for JackBe, Panorama Software, OpSource, SilkRoad Technology, TOA Technologies, and Voxify.
He also led Intel's European business client marketing team from 1999-2001.
Prior to joining Intel, his professional experience included IT and strategic consulting roles at Andersen Consulting and Coopers & Lybrand.
He received his MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Miami University.
He is an active participant in his community, having either served or is currently serving as the President/Chair of the Boards of the Portland Baroque Orchestra, the Oregon Zoo Foundation, the Multnomah County Library Levy Campaign ($175M), as well as serving as an appointed advisor by the Mayor of Portland on the city budget process and urban renewal strategy.
