He also led Intel's European business client marketing team from 1999-2001.
Prior to joining Intel, his professional experience included IT and strategic consulting roles at Andersen Consulting and Coopers & Lybrand.
He received his MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Miami University.
He is an active participant in his community, having either served or is currently serving as the President/Chair of the Boards of the Portland Baroque Orchestra, the Oregon Zoo Foundation, the Multnomah County Library Levy Campaign ($175M), as well as serving as an appointed advisor by the Mayor of Portland on the city budget process and urban renewal strategy.
