From 1980 to 1995, he was a Rhode Island State Senator, and Chairman of the Banks and Securities division within the state of Rhode Island.
From 1974 to 1979, he had been a Principal at Securities Investment Associates.
He has passed the NASD Series 7 Securities Exam.
Mr. Orabona received his B.S.
from the University of Connecticut in 1965 and earned an M.A.
