Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2004, Mr. Jegen was the U.S.
real estate portfolio manager for Alecta Investment Management, a Swedish pension plan with total assets of approximately $35 billion, responsible for oversight of advisor relationships, strategy, acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Alecta in 2001, Mr. Jegen held various positions at GE Capital Real Estate including senior vice president of affordable housing, portfolio manager for the HUD portfolios acquired by GE and regional portfolio manager in Chicago.
He holds an M.B.A.
from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.Sc.
in finance from Santa Clara University.
