The fund also invests in private equity and real estate. The NPRF Commission believes that environmental, social and governance issues impact long-term investment performance and is developing and implementing a Responsible Investment policy which will be consistent with the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment, to which it was a founding signatory in 2006 along with some of the world's largest institutional investors.
