Mr. Wagonfeld is a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst with Banc of America Securities where he covers enterprise hardware and PC hardware.
In 2002, during his first year of coverage, he was voted the "Best Up & Comer" in each of those sectors in the Institutional Investor All-America Research Poll.
His coverage includes such companies as Dell, IBM and Hewlett-Packard.
Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Wagonfeld had served as an Analyst on the buy-side, covering a variety of industries at Berger Funds.
He has also held positions in high-tech corporate finance at Smith Barney and in commodities at Nestle Beverage Company.
Mr. Wagonfeld is a frequent guest on CNBC and is often quoted in top publications including The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, and The New York Times.
