Jessica Lingenfelder

As a Senior Human resources manager, Jessica Lingenfelder is responsible for a wide range of personnel matters around the entire HTGF-team.
This includes recruiting, employer branding and strategic personnel marketing as well as employee development, retention management but also human resources and team culture.
Before she undertook this task in 2018, she was as a Human Resources Manager among other things responsible for the development and the advancement for the recruiting at a medium-sized it-provider.
Jessica is a qualified coach and moderator.
After her university degree from the university of Bielfeld, she spent seven years working in human resources consulting before changing to the cooperate side.
