Prior to joining Brandywine Global Investment Management, LLC in 2007, Ms. Mollman held several positions with the Comcast Corporation including vice president of human resources/quality leadership 1997-2002.
She also served as managing director of total quality leadership at Southern New England Telecommunications 1994-1997, and was forecast inventory manager and retail distribution manager with The Torrington Company, a subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand 1985-1994.
Ms. Mollman earned a B.S.
in Business Communications from Chestnut Hill College and holds a Human Resources Masters Certificate from Villanova University.
She was honored with a nomination for Delaware Valley Human Resources Person of the Year for 2006.
