Jeffrey O. Putterman

William D. Witter, Inc. (WDW) was founded as a registered investment advisor in 1977. From 1966 to 1976 William Witter was the head of a similarly named Wall Street brokerage firm that specialized in institutional investment research. Today, WDW manages assets for institutional and individual clients and is a sub-advisor to a mutual fund. The firm is based in New York City.

Founded in 1989, FBR Capital Markets & Co., formerly Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., is a broker/dealer headquartered in Arlington, Virginia with additional offices throughout the US.
