James Rosthorn

James joined Maven in May 2019 and is based in our Manchester office.
His responsibilities include deal origination and execution across Northern England.
Prior to joining Maven, James was a Corporate Finance advisor at Top 10 Accounting firm, Mazars, where he advised owner managed businesses on; selling their businesses, acquiring businesses, fundraising, management buy-outs and financial modelling.
James has also worked at Ernst & Young (EY) for four years prior to his time at Mazars.
James holds a BSc.
(Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster and is a Chartered Accountant.
Outside of work James enjoys football, travelling and spending time with his family and 2 children.
