James R. Lind

Mr. Lind was raised in Los Angeles, California.
He is a graduate of Stanford University (B.A.
in Economics, 1996) .
After graduating from Stanford, Mr. Lind joined Lehman Brothers as a Financial Analyst in the New York Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
While at Lehman, he worked primarily on transactions for Lehman Brothers' Merchant Banking Group and its affiliated companies.
In 1998, Mr. Lind joined Oaktree Capital Management's Principal Activities Group where he helped manage more than $2.5 billion of funds dedicated to private equity and distressed-for-control investments.
While at Oaktree he was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating new investments and monitoring select portfolio companies.
In 2003, Mr. Lind joined Fox Paine.
Mr. Lind previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Acorn Products, Inc.
