DundeeWealth U.S. LP is a registered investment advisor located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. The firm was formerly known as BHR Fund Advisors LP. They are the U.S. investment arm of DundeeWealth, Inc. (Toronto: DW) which acquired BHR Fund Advisors in July 2008. Their ultimate parent is the Bank of Nova Scotia (Toronto: BNS.TO). DundeeWealth U.S. develops and distributes investment products to the US market. The firm offers a variety of products to institutional investors and financial intermediaries including mutual funds, commingled funds and separately managed accounts. They also consult with financial intermediaries and pension consultants to develop customized investment solutions. DundeeWealth U.S. serves as the advisor to the DundeeWealth Funds. The DundeeWealth Funds are distributed by Portland, Maine-based Foreside Fund Services LLC.
