From 1999 to 2002 he was CEO of KPNQwest, a Netherlands based joint venture.
Mr. McMaster had a 20 year career at AT&T, holding several senior positions including Managing Director of AT&T-UK, Vice President of AT&Ts Calling Card and Operator Services Business Unit, President of AT&Ts Mid- Atlantic States Region, and Senior Vice President of AT&Ts Consumer Business Division.
He worked closely with Mr. Bettino, who served on the Board of LSSi while representing Warburg Pincus, which has a significant investment stake in LSSi.
Mr. Bettino was instrumental in hiring he, who became the major driver of outstanding performance at LSSi over the next several years.
He is a Advisory Board Member of StarVest Management.
