Helen Law

Helen is a Senior Vice President and Head of Finance in CDIB Capital’s Hong Kong office.
She oversees the finance and accounting functions for CCIC and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining, Helen was Finance & Treasury Director of VMS Investment Group, a multi-strategy investment group focusing on private equity, real estate and structured finance as well as securities and corporate finance advisory services, leading the finance, treasury and fund operation functions.
Prior to that, Helen was Financial Controller at Verdant Capital Group, a private investment group specializing in private equity, public equity and real estate investment.
She began her career with auditing at KPMG.
Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and a Certified Public Accountant of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
