Union Investment Austria GmbH (UIA) is the Austria-based fund management subsidiary of Union Asset Management Holding AG in Germany. The firm was founded in 1988 and formerly known as Volksbank Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH. Headquartered in Vienna, UIA manages pension funds, mutual funds, funds of funds, hedge funds and real estate. Amundi Austria GmbH is the wholly-owned Austrian asset management subsidiary of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by Rue de la Boetie SAS's Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA, ADR: CRARY) in France. Formerly known as BAWAG P.S.K. INVEST GmbH, the firm was founded in 2001 as the result of a merger between Bawag Invest GmbH and PSK Invest. Headquartered in Vienna, Amundi Austria provides retail, institutional and corporate clients with innovative investment strategies and solutions tailored to their needs, targeted outcomes and risk profiles.
