Hai Bin Chi is currently the Chairman of the China Accounting Association since 1996.
Prior to this, he was the Vice Chairman of The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants from 1996 to 2004.
He also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at China National Building Material Co., Ltd. from 2010 to 2012 and as a Non-Executive Director at China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. Additionally, he worked at the China Ministry of Finance for 39 years from 1954 to 1993, where he held the position of Deputy Director-Economic Construction.
