Guillermo Bernard Calvignac

Guillermo Bernard Calvignac is the founder of STS Group SA, which was founded in 2000.
He currently holds the position of Chairman, CEO & Head-Investor Relations at STS Group SA. He is also the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Risc Group SA (France) since 2009.
Additionally, he is the Chairman of Logon Solution Integrator, CodaSystem France SAS, and STS Group Benelux.
He serves as a Director at Risc Group Belgium, skydoo GmbH, China Ltd., STS Asia Holding Ltd., Compulease Inn, Foot National, RISC Group Spain, and Keyvelop SAS.
He is the Managing Director of Compulease SA and Compulease Real Estate.
Furthermore, he holds the position of President at Keyvelop SAS and Manager at Bastide Ramatuelle and Compulease SARL.
Mr. Calvignac completed his undergraduate degree at L'Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciales d'Angers.
