Guillaume de Jongh - Managing Partner
Prior to joining CAPZA in 2008, Guillaume de Jongh had an experience in mezzanine and debt financing at European Capital and WestLB in London.
He was quickly promoted through the ranks to Principal in 2013, Partner in 2016 and Managing Partner in 2021.
He was instrumental in building the Capza Private Debt franchise, and is also actively involved in the fundraising process of the private debt strategy.
Guillaume holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the ESSEC Business School, with admission to the Private Equity Chair.
