Greg most recently led Huron’s investment banking business, where he applied his deep functional expertise in strategy development, corporate finance analysis, buy-and sell-side M&A, corporate divestitures, leveraged buyouts, spinoffs and carve-outs.
He also supported clients through synergy analysis, takeover defense, joint ventures, pre-distressed and distressed situations, governance and control issues, and debt and equity capital raising.

Prior to joining Huron, Greg was the group head of EY’s healthcare investment banking practice.
Before that, Greg spent 16 years with Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney and four years with CIT Group, where he was a founding member of the healthcare M&A and leveraged finance group.
He also spent two years with RBC Capital Markets’ healthcare investment banking group.
He is a graduate of the University of Chicago.
