Greg Mazur

Mr. Mazur has been advising companies on strategic partnerships, financings and M&A for over 20 years.
He has held senior positions with some of the world's largest investment banks including ABN Amro, Citigroup, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch.
Recent positions have included Managing Director, Head of Asian Energy & Resources and Healthcare and a member of the Top Executive Group of ABN Amro Bank, Managing Director and Head of Asian M&A for Merrill Lynch and Managing Director and Head of Asian TMT for Citigroup.
In addition, Mr. Mazur has led the set-up of two private equity funds based on the Clean Technology and Mining sectors.
Mr. Mazur is a Director of Sterila Technologies Ltd and Gone Fishing Consulting Ltd.
Currently based in Hong Kong, Mr Mazur has been in Asia since 1996 with additional positions held in London, New York and Dubai.
He has worked on over 100 principal investment, strategic advisory and financing transactions totalling over $50 billion across more than 20 countries.
Mr. Mazur holds a M.Sc.
in Economics from the London School of Economics and a B.Comm from the University of Toronto.
