Prior to founding Pasadena Capital Partners in October 2002, Mr. Annick was a Partner for eight years at Los Angeles-based leveraged buyout firm Leonard Green & Partners, L.P., which managed over $1.7 billion of private equity capital.
He joined LGP upon its formation in 1989, was made a principal in 1992 and became a partner in 1994.
He previously worked at merchant-banking firm Gibbons, Green, van Amerongen in Los Angeles, and in mergers and acquisitions at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in London, England and New York City.
Previously, Mr. Annick was a Past Board of Director for Carr-Gottstein Foods Co, Australian Resources Limited, Communications & Power Industries Holding Corp, Centers Holdings, Inc, Leslie’s Poolmart, Inc, Liberty Group Publishing, Inc, Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc, Dollar Financial Group, Inc and Intercontinental Art, Inc. Mr. Annick received a B.S.
in business administration, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
