Graham Soutar

Graham Soutar has over 19 years of experience in providing corporate finance advisory services to local and multinational corporations in Asia and the UK.
Prior to joining GEMS in 2000, he was a Corporate Finance & Valuation partner with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Hong Kong, where he spent more than 9 years.
During this period he worked extensively on cross border acquisitions, valuations, investment appraisals and restructuring operations throughout Asia.
Prior to this, he worked in London and Glasgow in Corporate Finance and in the Growth Business Division of another major professional services firm.
He has a degree in Accountancy from the University of Glasgow and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
