DWS Investments Singapore Ltd. (DWS-SG) is the Singapore-based asset management subsidiary of Deutsche Asia Pacific Holdings Pte Ltd., ultimately held by Deutsche Bank AG (ETR: DBK; NYSE: DB), a multinational investment bank and financial services company headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany. The firm was founded in 1987 and was formerly known as Deutsche Asset Management (Asia) Ltd. They changed their name into DWS Investments Singapore Ltd. in 2019. DWS-SG offers investment management services to individuals and institutional clients throughout Asia, and distributes a range of investment products managed within the parent group. The Singapore office is the center of excellence for all Asian investment operations outside Japan and manages Asian investments (excluding Japan) for a worldwide clientele. They also manage Singapore-domiciled unit trusts.

Nomura Asset Management Singapore Ltd. (NAMS) is an asset management firm headquartered in Singapore. It is a wholly-owned by Nomura Asset Management Co. Ltd., itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nomura Holdings, Inc. (TYO: 8604; NYSE: NMR) in Japan. Founded in 1997, NAMS provide investment advisory services to pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts, US and non-US investment companies, corporations and other business entities, other pooled investment vehicles, foreign government agencies, foreign governments, sovereign wealth funds or foreign official institutions.
