Dr. Mintz is currently CEO of Strategic Financial Solutions, LLC, (SFS) creator of PerTrac, an asset allocation and investment analysis software package used by hedge funds.
Formerly Dr. Mintz served as President of Executive Programs of Gartner, Inc., a leading technology research and advisory firm.
Before joining Gartner, Dr. Mintz served as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Enterprise Information Solutions of Reuters, a leading global information company.
Prior to Reuters, Dr. Mintz was Chairman & CEO of FAME Information Services, an enterprise software and services company.
Before FAME, he was President & CEO of American Banker - Bond Buyer, a division of Thomson Financial Services.
Dr. Mintz holds a PhD & a MASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a BScEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
He is also on the Advisory Board with Milestone Venture Partners.
