Prior to joining Providence in 2008, Mr. Weinstein served as Managing Director and Global Chief Administrative officer of Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers form 1988 to 2008.
Before assuming this role, Mr. Weinstein was Managing Director and Head of the Healthcare, Consumer/Retail and Industrial global industry groups within investment banking at Lehman.
During his tenure at Lehman, Mr. Weinstein also served as Global Head of Capital Markets, Head of Equity Capital Markets for North and South America, Head of European Equities and Global Head of Convertibles.
Mr. Weinstein was CEO of Thermotrex Corporation from 1996 to 1999.
Mr. Weinstein earned a BBA degree with high distinction from Emory University School of Business Administration in 1979.
He also earned a JD from the Emory University School of Law in 1982.
