Frank Harley

Frank Harley, Senior Associate, joined AIF Capital in 1998 and has been involved in investments in Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and North Asia across a variety of industries including telecom, transportation, logistics and steel.
His experience includes investment analysis and valuation, deal execution and monitoring, debt restructuring, initial public offerings and private equity fund raising.
He graduated with a Master of Science in Transportation and Logistics and B.
Comm in International Business from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
He has studied in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo, Japan and Masters in Marketing Program at Thammasat University, Thailand.
He speaks and reads Japanese and is proficient in Thai.
He is a CFA charterholder.
