Mr. Kern, currently the CEO of Zomax, is a highly successful entrepreneur and turnaround manufacturing executive with extensive knowledge of the CD/DVD replication industry.
Prior to joining Zomax, he served as President of WEA Inc., a holding company comprised of Ivy Hill, WEA Manufacturing and WEA Distribution.
At WEA, Inc, he successfully implemented supply chain strategies, eliminated losses and grew operating profits.
Mr. Kern founded Ivy Hill Corp and sold the company to Warner Communications in 1988.
He joined the Zomax board in 2006.
He joined the Inoveris board in 2006.
He is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
