Eleanor Murphy

Eleanor Murphy is the Director of Philanthropy and Engagement, where she focuses on building relationships with individuals and families who support Acumen’s mission of tackling poverty in new, innovative ways.
She works across the Business Development team to develop engagement opportunities for our partner community and foster fundraising efforts globally.
Before joining Acumen she spent ten years in financial services working with wealth advisors and institutions on building investment strategies to meet client needs.
Eleanor received a Master’s degree in Humanitarian Studies through NOHA and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University.
