Dusty Dickerson

Dusty is a Managing Director for Enhanced Capital and manages all underwriting and deal execution for the firm’s Impact Real Estate department.
In addition, he is responsible for the firm’s secondary investment syndications.
Prior to joining Enhanced Capital in June 2016, Dusty was Manager of Project Finance for HRI Properties, where he specialized in combining various state and federal incentive programs with traditional debt and equity capital for the development of hotels, apartments, affordable housing, solar energy, and mixed-use assets.
Dusty holds a Master of Finance degree from Tulane University as well as a B.B.A.
degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Mississippi.
