Schlicht is a Director and an Executive Vice President of Target Capital Partners, Inc. Prior to her current position at Target Capital Partners, she was appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer in January 2001.
Ms. Schlicht is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Prior to joining Target Insurance Services as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1998, she held various positions at CIGNA Corp.
from 1990 to 1998.
Ms. Schlicht was Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of CIGNA Investment Management and CIGNA Healthcare and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Healthsource.
Previously, she worked at Equicorp Partners LLC.
Ms. Schlicht began her career with Deloitte & Touche LLP and served as an Audit Manager and Insurance Industry Specialist.
She has over 25 years of insurance, financial services, and accounting experience.
Ms. Schlicht received a BS degree in Economics from Connecticut College and a Master's degree in Accounting from New York University Graduate School of Business.
