Mr. Don Mathew is Chief Investment Officer at IG Realty Investments, Inc. Prior to joining IG Realty, Mr. Mathew obtained a wealth of experience in corporate finance before he moved to commercial real estate and began working with local developers pursuing speculative development and design-build opportunities.
In 1996, he joined Giffels Design-Build Inc. managing design build opportunities and initiated Giffels speculative building activities.
He continued to develop and manage the commercial development program at Giffels leading to the establishment of IGRI and IG Real Estate Advisors.
He launched the company's speculative development program and subsequently completed 3 msf of speculative industrial developments across Canada.
He also sits on the board of directors for IGRI.
Mr. Mathew holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from McMaster University.
