Prior to joining Cobalt, Mr. Arroyave was at CB Richard Ellis for four years with the Dallas institutional investment properties sales team participating in approximately $4 billion in real estate dispositions.
Mr. Arroyave began his career as an analyst with Archon Group assisting in the investment management of a portfolio with a value of $550 million.
Mr. Arroyave received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In addition to being a licensed real estate salesperson, Diego is affiliated with The Real Estate Council, Urban Land Institute, North Texas Commercial Associate of Realtors and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
