Mr. David Rogal is a Managing Director & Portfolio Manager at BlackRock Advisors LLC and a Managing Director at BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. He is a member of the Multi-Sector Mutual Fund team within BlackRock's Global Fixed Income Group.
