David Offer

Mr. Offer has a comprehensive asset management focus on long term diversified portfolios that include both direct investments and managed funds.
He has been in the financial services industry since 1993, as an accountant with BDO Nelson Parkill, and then Ashton Read.
He joined with RBS Morgans as an investment manager in 1997, and since 1998, was the branch manager and senior financial planner with the Bunbury office of RBS Morgans.
Mr. Offer has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Curtin and Post Graduate Diplomas in Financial Planning, Applied Finance and Investment Technical Analysis.
