David L. Overton

Prior to joining Halbert Hargrove in 1999, Mr. Overton was the President of QWON Investment Consultants, Inc. After beginning his financial career as a Marketing Consultant for Founder's Mutual Funds in 1990, he became the Executive Vice President responsible for the Denver office of Owen Joseph Asset Management.
In 1997.
Mr. Overton established his own asset management company, he has specialized in providing investment advisory services for pension and profit sharing plans as well as charitable foundations.
He is a Registered Investment Advisor, Registered Representative and General Securities Principal.
Mr. Overton received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University in 1972.
He is the regional representative for the Xerox-X Corporation and is a member of the Colorado Golden Buffalo Scholarship Foundation.
