David Keller

David Keller is a Vice President of the firm with over 10 years of investment banking and finance experience.
David assists in due diligence, structuring, underwriting, and executing new investments.
He also performs various portfolio monitoring and valuation roles.
Prior to joining Salem, David served as an Associate with e-bitda LLC, a boutique investment bank providing corporate finance advisory services to lower middle market companies.
Prior e-bitda, David was an independent consultant, assisting small business and non-profits with business development.
David began his career in the Public Finance Group at Bear Stearns.
At Bear he structured, priced, and provided quantitative and analytical support for a variety of debt transactions.
David graduated from the College of William & Mary with a BA in Government, and received his MBA from the Wake Forest University Schools of Business.
