David Greenbaum

David Greenbaum is a Vice President at Bregal Sagemount and is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, information / data services, tech-enabled services, and financial technology sectors.
Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, David was a Senior Associate and founding team member at Brighton Park Capital, where he focused on investing in high-growth software and information / data services businesses.
Previously, David was an Associate at Level Equity and at Morgan Stanley in the firm’s Technology Investment Banking group.
David received a BA in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University.
