The Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA) is the administrator of the pension fund for employees of the State of Alabama. The firm is headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama. RSA consists of the Employees Retirement System (ERS), the Teachers Retirement System (TRS), the Judicial Retirement Fund (JRS), the Public Education Employees' Health Insurance Plan (PEEHIP), and RSA-1. In addition to executive management, the TRS, ERS, and JRF, PEEHIP and RSA-1 share investment management, accounting, and information system services, the costs of which are allocated to the funds on an equitable basis.
