Daniel E. Jacobson

Prior to joining CrossHarbor Capital in 2006, Mr. Jacobson was an Associate at Merrill Lynch in New York in the Global Principal Investments group, a $1 billion internal opportunity fund that invested Merrill’s capital in higher yielding real estate investments.
Throughout his tenure, Mr. Jacobson participated in the origination, analysis, structuring, and closing of over $2.0 billion in real estate transactions, including senior loans, mezzanine loans and participations, equity participations, non-performing loans, LP interest purchases, and bridge loans.
He participated in deals across the office, retail, hotel, industrial and residential asset classes.
Mr. Jacobson holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a concentration in Real Estate and a BA from Cornell University.
