Dale Hamilton

Mr. Dale Hamilton is Chief Operating Officer at Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
He is a seasoned industry veteran with more than 25 years experience in both the public and private sectors.
His experience covers virtually every aspect of the industry, including health, life, health maintenance organization, managed care organization and workers’ compensation insurance.
Mr. Hamilton held various executive positions at Nationwide Insurance, where he’s been since 1999.
These include roles as director of sales operations for Titan Insurance, senior consultant for the company’s Property Casualty Division and other senior positions with Gates McDonald.
Along with being COO of Anthem Comp, a workers’ comp third-party administrator, he served as deputy director of the Life, Health and HMO Division of the Ohio Department of Insurance.
Before that, he worked at Blue Cross.
